A nutrition consultation is beneficial for providing general healthy nutrition education, nutrition recommendations for disease management, feedback on current eating habits, and helping with individualized goal setting to improve a person’s nutrition.

A meal plan would provide some education, but would outline a day of specific meals and snacks depending on the client’s food preferences, goals, and needs. It provides estimated calorie and macro nutrient (carbohydrates / proteins / fats) needs.

NUTRITION

  • NUTRITION CONSULTATION PACKAGE
  • One 60 min one-on-one phone consultation
  • One 30 minute follow-up phone session
  • Initial session: comprehensive evaluation of medical & weight history, nutrient intake and needs, eating habits, level of motivation, body composition, activity level and more.
  • Development of personalized nutrition goals and interventions
  • Follow-up session: provide continued support, monitor progress of recommendations, and adjust plan where needed
  • The RD can provide recommendations in areas such as: Diabetes, Heart Health, Weight Loss &Weight Management, Muscle Gain & Fat Loss, Food Allergies & Intolerances, Sports Nutrition, any many more
  • Additional follow-up sessions are $25 for 30min.
