Measure your metabolism using the world’s only mobile metabolism tracker.
Full Scale Fitness metabolism assessments provide accurate metabolic information right at your fingertips. Our Breezing device accurately tracks your metabolism and helps you create a diet and exercise plan that’s right for you.
WHAT IS YOUR METABOLISM
Your metabolism tells you how many calories you need to lose, gain, or maintain weight. Our assessment gives you the precise metabolic information you need to reach your weight goals.
HOW WE MEASURE YOUR METABOLISM
What we discover is your resting metabolic rate – the speed of your metabolism at rest. This tells us how many calories you would burn in a 24 hour period if you were to just lay motionless in bed all day.
IT’S PERFECT FOR
Weight Loss / Weight Gain Programs
Bodybuilders / Physique Competitor
High School Athletes
HOW ACCURATE IS OUR ASSESSMENT
The metabolism test we provide is ~100% as accurate as the Douglas Bag Technique (gold standard). Our device has been supported by The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Here is a quote and the link to the supportive research: “The Tracker demonstrated ~100% accuracy for Energy
Expenditure (EE) determined with respect to Douglas Bag
Gold Standard Method.”
DON'T ESTIMATE YOUR METABOLISM
Everyone’s metabolism is different. And even individual metabolism can change over time. Though ways to estimate your metabolism exist, they’re based on generic assumptions and don’t include the many “unknown” factors that make your metabolism unique to you.
Programs and devices like FitBit or MyFitnessPal use these generic assumptions. For that reason, metabolic estimates can be inaccurate.
Why purchase two assessments? Your metabolism can change due to your diet and exercise habits. If you are following an exercise program, an increase in muscle mass can increase your metabolism. Therefore, a second test will ensure that you are still on the most accurate path possible for you and your goals.
Please note: The second test must be used within 90 days of the initial assessment. The driving distance is subject to additional cost per test.
