The Exercise Specialists at Full Scale Fitness have worked with athletes from all experience levels.
Not only do we teach it, we live it!
Trainers on our team have taught volleyball camps, instructed running clinics, lead strength and conditioning programs for local Northeast Ohio schools, worked hands on with collegiate athletes at The University of Akron and more. Our education and expertise allows us to understand the athlete at a scientific level and what it takes to improve their performance.
From our in-depth assessment to the different phases of the exercise prescriptions and program design, we learn, re-learn and constantly educate our athletes on what it takes to always progress. In-season, off-season, you name it – a Full Scale Fitness Exercise Specialist can help :

SENIOR FITNESS PROGRAM
The personal trainers at Full Scale Fitness are confident and comfortable working with seniors! Our team of physical fitness instructors will come right to your home and get you exercising safely.
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit. Not only are our trainers certified, they’re all Exercise Science degree-holding individuals with a focus on adult fitness and wellness. We are clinically based and here to help you! You will work on the following with your personal trainer:
- Increasing Strength (Upper and Lower Body)
- Increasing Mobility and Flexibility
- Improving Balance
- Stamina and Heart Health
- General Fitness and Nutrition
- Specific to each client with clinically based practices!
