PERSONAL TRAINER INSTRUCTION :
Evenly stand on the exercise band. Place your hands on the inside of the loop and allow the band to run over the top of your hand.
With an upright stance, begin lifting the band up while keeping the shoulders depressed. Don’t allow your shoulders to shrug or for your elbows to bend during this exercise. Exhale as you lift the band.
To make the exercise easier, stand closer.
You may experience discomfort with the band on top of your hand. The purpose of using the band is to allow for an open-grip setup. If this is an issue, please refer to other front deltoid raise exercises.
