BANDED BICEPS CURL

Muscle Group
Primary – Biceps Brachii (Biceps)
Secondary – Brachialis

PERSONAL TRAINER INSTRUCTION  :

Banded Biceps Curl Start

Evenly place the exercise band under both feet. Stand up straight and keep the elbows tucked to your side.

Curl the band up while maintaining straight wrists. There should only be movement (flexion) in the elbow joint.

This is an isolation exercise.
