I started Full Scale Fitness in the hope to change people’s lives with my own two hands. I wanted to develop a new approach to personal training and keep the training, well, personal! It all started when I realized I was not utilizing my passion for fitness like I knew I could. So, I started Full Scale Fitness in 2014.
I have my Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Akron as well as my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Adult Fitness. I currently teach Kinesiology as an assistant professor at The University of Akron. In February of 2018, I traveled to Miami FL to study under the great Donnie Raimon and David Alexander and receive my Level 1 DBC certification. Donnie is Lebron James personal trainer and David works with hundreds of pro athletes (ex. Dwayne Wade, Von Miller, Victor Oladipo, Gary Woodland and more). I am 1 of 500 individuals in the world with the Level 1 DBC certification in Biomechanics and Human Movement.
Here at Full Scale Fitness we believe that everyone has a specific goal unique to them. We don’t believe that every guy in the gym wants to get bigger or every female wants to lose weight. We believe in a full scale variety of goals whether it is sport specific, weight specific, strength specific, etc. Whatever your goal is, we can help you achieve it! That, is Full Scale Fitness.
Quinn Napalo, M.S., CPT
As a trainer I like to focus on my clients gaining general health benefits and reaching their goals. I want to desensitize the negative perception of exercising and make you fall in love with it like I did. I would like to help educate and inspire people to incorporate healthy decisions into their everyday routines and to live an active lifestyle. Running has become a recent passion of mine. Having participated in a dozen races, I have tackled everything from 5k’s, 8k’s, 10k’s, and even completed my first half marathon in 2015.
I personally know what it takes to achieve your dreams and crush your personal goals. Everything is good in moderation, let me make exercising fun and a part of your lifestyle! I received my Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Akron. I am certified in CPR & First Aid with the American Heart Association (AHA), G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycle certified through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), as well as a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) with four years of experience.
Alex Schwarz, CPT
I’m Alex Schwarz and I am currently a student at The University of Akron. I am majoring in nutrition and dietetics. I plan on becoming a Registered Dietitian here in Northeast Ohio. I became a personal trainer because I want to help people with both their nutrition and exercise. I’ve been training myself for several years now and it’s truly a lifestyle now. My favorite exercise is the bench press because it is a great test of overall upper body strength as well as mental strength.
Logan Minto, CPT
I am currently in my fourth year at the University of Akron working towards my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) as well as a Certified Group Fitness instructor and Certified Cycling instructor.
I love personal training because it is such a rewarding job. Being able to work with and educate clients to help them achieve their goals as such an amazing experience.
I have experience with training one on one clients, small group training and large class sized training. Health and fitness are both a huge passion of mine and I always strive to help my clients discover that a healthy lifestyle is achievable and maintainable!

I am currently studying Exercise Science at The University of Akron. My concentration is on Strength and Conditioning. I enjoy working out and living a healthy lifestyle as well as helping others do the same. In the summer months I enjoy golfing while in the winter months I love skiing. My favorite exercises are the bench press and lunges. I’d love to be your personal trainer!
