That is why we have made some changes to how we conduct our personal training sessions during the COVID19 pandemic. These changes ensure we meet all safety guidelines and procedures recommended by the CDC.
As a client of Full Scale Fitness, you won’t have to worry about crowded gyms, waiting in line for equipment or relying on other patrons to clean equipment. As a client, you have the advantage of our mobile personal training service – YOU can work out in the safety of YOUR home or office and let our personal trainers bring the gym to you.
We are committed to wearing a clean mask and maintaining a 6 foot distance between trainer and client at all times during your session.
Our trainers will also perform temperature checks for themselves and their clients prior to each training session.
During your personalized training session, your trainer will have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available for use.
With social distancing being one of the best ways to avoid exposure to the COVID 19 virus, we have eliminated all hands-on contact and physical spotting during training sessions.
To ensure client safety, your Full Scale Fitness trainer will disinfect all exercise equipment between sessions.
To assist with our COVID 19 safety efforts and the health and safety of our trainers, we ask that our clients follow all guidelines recommended by the CDC.
Remember, if you have any symptoms of the COVID 19 virus, or believe you have been exposed to the virus, please notify your trainer and reschedule your session.
