I started Full Scale Fitness in the hope to change people’s lives with my own two hands. I wanted to develop a new approach to personal training and keep the training, well, personal! It all started when I realized I was not utilizing my passion for fitness like I knew I could. I knew there was a new age style of training called “online personal training” but every company I viewed was lacking that personal touch.
I even had seen a few exercise programs from so called “fitness professionals” only to be disappointed in the basic program they provided. That is when Full Scale Fitness was developed.
After building programs for people, I noticed that many were doing the exercises from the comfort of their own home. This is when I developed the in-home portion of Full Scale Fitness. I figured that they would benefit from me being there in person and sure enough, people thoroughly enjoy it! People loved the concept of getting fit in their own living room.
Here at Full Scale Fitness we believe that everyone has a specific goal unique to them. We don’t believe that every guy in the gym wants to get bigger or every female wants to lose weight. We believe in a full scale variety of goals whether it is sport specific, weight specific, strength specific, etc. Whatever your goal is, we can help you achieve it! That, is Full Scale Fitness.

Chris Loesch, B.S, CPT
I am from Ellet in the Akron area. My passion is exercise and active living. My hobbies include lifting, yoga, swimming, hiking, snowboarding, tennis, golf, and basketball. I love training because it allows you to become your optimal self, mentally and physically. I love to travel, especially to Colorado to snowboard, bike, and hike in the mountains. I make training fun and challenging, you will work hard but will feel great afterward!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have my Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Akron in Exercise Science and will be attending Mount Union University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy student in Fall 2017. I have worked as a Physical Therapy Intern at the PT Center for Sports Medicine in Fairlawn, OH and I have worked at The University of Akron’s Recreation Center as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Technician.
My goal in life is to help people gain confidence, energy, motivation, and inspiration through exercise. I take a holistic approach to training, optimizing the mind, body, and spirit. I want to challenge traditional approaches to pain-management, such as surgery and pain-meds, by using therapeutic exercises, stretches, and physical therapy to reduce pain and increase functionality.

Quinn Napalo, M.S., CPT
As a trainer I like to focus on my clients gaining general health benefits and reaching their goals. I want to desensitize the negative perception of exercising and make you fall in love with it like I did. I would like to help educate and inspire people to incorporate healthy decisions into their everyday routines and to live an active lifestyle. Running has become a recent passion of mine. Having participated in a dozen races, I have tackled everything from 5k’s, 8k’s, 10k’s, and even completed my first half marathon in 2015.
I personally know what it takes to achieve your dreams and crush your personal goals. Everything is good in moderation, let me make exercising fun and a part of your lifestyle! I received my Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Akron. I am certified in CPR & First Aid with the American Heart Association (AHA), G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycle certified through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), as well as a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) with four years of experience.

Nick Massacci, M.S., E.P., CPT
I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration area in Fitness Management. I am currently finishing my Masters Degree at The University of Akron in Exercise Physiology and plan to work in the field of cardiac rehab upon graduation. I am certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Heart Association (AHA) and have also obtained my my Personal Trainer's license through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). As a trainer I enjoy working closely with my clients to help them achieve their goals while having a fun time obtaining them. Exercise has become one of the newest trends and is growing rapidly and because of this I want people to enjoy it as much as possible and look forward to their daily workouts. As a team, I would like to assist you in achieving all of your goals and guide you to becoming a healthier individual! My overall goal is to educate individuals on how to make healthier life choices and better themselves daily. Over the past four years I have grown passionate about exercise which has lead me to pursue my education in fitness. I currently lift at least five days a week and follow more of a power lifting schedule and love it. I enjoy achieving personal goals I set for myself and learning new exercises along the way. In my spare time away from school and lifting I enjoy collecting shoes, all Nikes. It has become part of my lifestyle and everyone recognizes me for my shoes. Along with collecting shoes and lifting, personal training and bettering others has become my passion and I hope that I can share my knowledge and skills with everyone.

Lauren Steiner, B.S., CPT
Hi, I’m Lauren! I am a graduate from The University of Akron. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, specializing in Strength and Conditioning. I’m CPR certified through the American Red Cross and have my personal training certification through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). With being a multisport athlete and constantly training in high school, I fell in love with lifting and overall exercise. When I realized I could help others achieve their goals and educate them in the exercise field, I decided to further my education in Exercise Science.
Over the past few years, I’ve trained clients one on one, 20 person boot camps, coached volleyball, and worked with other youth athletes. I love taking on all these aspects of training and it helps keep me busy! If I’m not training a client or working out myself, I’m probably camping, on a boat, running a spartan race, or showing people pictures of my cats!
Meet the Full Scale Fitness Exercise Specialist Intern!
Rachel Mealy, CPT
Rachel Mealy currently serves as the Exercise Specialist Intern for Full Scale Fitness Personal Training. She is entering her fourth-year at the University of Akron studying Exercise Physiology, Spanish, and Psychology. Rachel is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and will be graduating in May of 2018. She hopes to continue her studies of Exercise Physiology and Public Health at the graduate level. Her health-related interests include personal training, health coaching, and the cognitive/behavioral health components of regular physical activity.
Aside from school and work, Rachel enjoys participating in endurance activities and has run multiple marathons, half-marathons, and 5k races, along with completing a Tough Mudder race. More recently, she has begun to practice yoga in order to increase her strength and flexibility and prevent injury. She also enjoys any outdoor activities, but especially hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Rachel is also very interested in cultures, languages and trying new things! When not studying or exercising, she is always planning a new adventure and travels every chance she gets! She also loves to discover, cook, and share new healthy recipes.
She is passionate about all the mental, physical, and spiritual components that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and always seeks to share her passion and knowledge with others.
